  • The decision about how to process the refund falls solely on the airline. Generally, the process takes between 60 and 90 days to complete from the date of the cancellation request.
  • Upon confirmation of the withdrawal request, your bank account instantly receives the cash credit. Airlines can issue refunds in the form of airline credits for subsequent trips.
  • If the airline decides that the refund request isn't valid in line with their policies, it might impose a penalty. The airline will request a service fee from the passengers. Moreover, the price might vary depending on what kind of ticket and the number of travelers.
  • If the airline rejects a passenger's request for an annulment and refund, we strive to reimburse them for the service fee they paid when purchasing their tickets. However, we deduct the booking price from the passengers' compensation at the time of ticket ordering.
